We start in the week starting 29 Sept, and we'll be together for 12 weeks, until December 23. Plus 2 extra months support in the Cyclical Power Sisterhood (membership). You will have 12 months of access to all of the program materials, community and live session recordings
The more you put in, the more you get from it! However, that doesn't mean it will be time-consuming. Much of what we will be doing is making tweaks to your current diet and lifestyle habits that may require some planning and fore thought. There will be one live session that will be around 60min each week (9/12 weeks), plus some online content for you to work through in your own time, which could take up to 1-2 hours each week. Remember, you also have 12 months in total to catch up on anything you don't fit into the 12-week time frame.
At this stage, it will be on Wednesdays at 10am AEST. If this doesn't suit, once everyone is enrolled we will create a poll and decide on a time and day that best suits everyone, or most people. If the time zones are very challenging to meet, we will alternate times every second week
If you can't make the live sessions, they will be recorded and I highly encourage you to watch the replays and complete the activities or "homework" as these will be instrumental to your healing process.
Deep healing is a life-long journey. You will come out of this program empowered with knowledge and strategies to last a long time & set yourself on a solid path toward healing. You will be invited at the end of our 12 weeks to continue to implement the learnings with ongoing integration/coaching sessions, for a low monthly fee in the Cyclical Power Sisterhood.
Due to the digital nature of the program, refunds will not be offered after you have had access to the program materials, except in extenuating circumstances.
No, but if you add on a 1:1 consultation, Heidi may prescribe you a personalized treatment plan at an extra fee, with a special program discount for you. You will also have many opportunities to ask advice about appropriate supplementation specific for you
Great question! The program is focused primarily on nutrition and lifestyle medicine which is unlikely to interfere with your medications. If you have concerns, please feel free to bring them up in one of the Q&A sessions with Heidi. There are many herbal and nutritional medicines that may compliment pharmaceutical medications.
The program doesn't include a prescriptive "diet". rather it offers nutritional guidelines that are completely modifiable according to your needs and preferences - and you will get support whatever your preferences are. Believe me - I have tried every food plan out there!
I am completely respectful of anyone's religious beliefs and I don't intend to indoctrinate you into any particular way of thinking or believing. At their core, religions promote LOVE. Love and kindness toward each other, our habitation, the higher power (whatever you prefer to call it) and for ourselves. I believe that in loving & caring for yourself you are better positioned to make a positive difference to those around you, as well as enhance your own experience of life. That's all!
