Women’s circles are powerful containers for healing, growth, and connection - especially for those navigating the challenges of PMDD. While it’s hosted on Zoom like a webinar, this is a guided healing session – more experiential than educational. You’ll be invited to take part in calming practices like journalling, tapping, and visualisation, in a warm and welcoming space. No pressure to speak or share, just come as you are.
