After spending more than 25 years searching for answers to my own debilitating cycle symptoms – while countless practitioners overlooked the connection to my hormones – I made it my mission to help other women get the support they need. I know firsthand how exhausting and isolating PMDD can feel, but I also know that healing is possible when we work with our bodies instead of against them.

I can't make it live, will there be a recording?

Absolutely! I serve clients all over the world in different time zones so I always make sure that no-one misses out

What exactly is a “circle”? Is it like a webinar?

Women’s circles are powerful containers for healing, growth, and connection - especially for those navigating the challenges of PMDD. They provide not just support, but a sense of belonging and empowerment that can be transformative. While it’s hosted on Zoom like a webinar, this is a guided healing session – more experiential than educational. You’ll be invited to take part in calming practices like journalling, tapping, and visualisation, in a warm and welcoming space. No pressure to speak or share, just come as you are.

Do I need to have my camera on or speak?

Not at all! You’re welcome to keep your camera off and simply observe. This is a space where you can be held, not put on the spot.

I’ve tried everything for PMDD, why would this be any different?

Most approaches focus on either hormones or mindset. But PMDD is also deeply connected to your nervous system. When your system is stuck in survival mode, even small hormonal changes can trigger big emotional reactions like anxiety, rage, disconnection or despair. This session helps you shift out of that reactive state - not with willpower, but with simple, science-backed tools that support calm, clarity, and lasting change.

I’m a holistic naturopath and PMDD specialist who’s been there myself. After decades of living in fear of my own cycle, I now help other PMDD warriors reclaim their health and power through naturopathic care, nervous system healing, cyclical wisdom, and community connection.
